Фриланс И Его Значение Для Современного Рынка Труда

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются новые возможности на рынке труда, которые связаны с удаленной работой телеработа, или фриланс. Данный вид занятости может решить проблемы трудоустройства для тех слоев населения, которые в силу различных обстоятельств не могут работать в офисах, но могут организовать работу на дому. Эта работа фриланс поможет повысить уровень доходов населения и решить проблему занятости на удаленных территориях страны, где сложно найти работу, как это было сделано в свое время в США.
