Abstract

Данная статья посвящена проблемным областям мониторинга рынка труда в условиях инновационного развития общества. Дано общее описание теории инноваций, современного толкования понятия «инновации», а также деятельности по организации мониторинга рынка труда. Акцент сделан на взаимодействии рынка труда и рынка трудоустройства выпускников учебных заведений, как необходимого институционального образования инновационного развития. Выявлены принципы, которым должно соответствовать проведение мониторинга, и дана краткая характеристика способов решения проблемных ситуаций.
