Причины И Последствия Консолидации Налогоплательщиков

Abstract

Организация налогообложения группы компаний связана с заинтересованностью государства в сокращении негативных последствий функционирования организаций как отдельных экономических субъектов. В статье проводится сравнительный анализ применяемых норм о консолидированных налогоплательщиках и смежных институтах в других странах, обобщается история развития и распространения механизма консолидированной налоговой отчетности за рубежом, рассматриваются классификация основных моделей налогообложения групп компаний, принципы и условия введения и применения механизма налогообложения групп компаний в зарубежных государствах. Авторами сделан вывод о том, что стратегическая оценка целесообразности введения в стране режима налогообложения групп компаний должна основываться на глубоком анализе происходящих в стране экономических процессов.
