Abstract

Предлагаются концептуальные подходы к измерению и методика оценки уровня и направленности развития социального и экономического пространства регионов с позиции системного и процессного подходов на основе дифференциации социальных и экономических процессов и оценки степени их сбалансированности. Обосновывается первоопределяющая роль социальных процессов, формирующих социальное пространство региона, в обеспечении воспроизводства человеческого капитала как эндогенного источника устойчивого развития социально-экономических систем.
