Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам современного этапа развития науки. Рассматриваются общемировые тенденции и дилеммы. Анализируется механизм стимулирования научной деятельности, внедренный в академических исследовательских учреждениях. Обсуждаются некоторые результаты его использования на примере научно-исследовательских институтов Томского научного центра Сибирского отделения Российской академии наук.
