«Новая» Патентная Система Налогообложения: Причины И Последствия Введения

Abstract

В Российской Федерации продолжается реформирование налогообложения малого бизнеса и с 1 января 2013 г. введен новый специальный налоговый режим «Патентная система налогообложения». В представленной статье проводится анализ причин отмены единого налога на вмененный доход и возврата к патентной системе налогообложения индивидуальным предпринимателей. Систематизируются последствия изменения налоговой нагрузки для субъектов малого предпринимательства и возможности налогового регулирования региональными органами власти развития малого бизнеса посредством цены патентной платы.
