Построение «Открытой» Системы Оплаты Труда Банка

Abstract

Рассматриваются возможности формирования «открытой» системы оплаты труда персонала коммерческого банка. Представлены результаты проведенного социологического исследования отношения персонала к действующим системам оплаты труда в банках, которые показали, что работники не видят взаимосвязи между своим вкладом в работу и получаемым вознаграждением, не учитывается их вклад в работу, респонденты в основном не знают, от каких факторов зависит размер их премии. Приведена разработанная система оплаты труда персонала банка, которая позволит сотрудникам получать адекватную оценку их персонального вклада в достижение поставленных целей.
