Abstract

Актуализируются вопросы сглаживания дифференциации социально-экономического развития регионов посредством применения инструментов межбюджетных отношений. Представляется, что процесс выявления и устранения диспропорций в межрегиональном развитии должен быть реализован с учетом типологии регионов на основе многокритериальной оценки устойчивости бюджетов, позволяющей учитывать тенденции изменения инструментария межбюджетных отношений в зависимости от разбалансированности социально-экономического развития территориальной системы.
