Abstract

В связи с переходом к рыночным отношениям в России в большинстве сфер деятельности, включая и трудовую, произошли существенные изменения принципиального характера. В результате действия законов конкуренции возникла потребность рационального использования всех ресурсов предприятий и повысились требования к наемным работникам. Особое значение приобретает теоретическое осмысление факторов, обусловливающих изменение трудовых отношений, изучение признаков кризиса труда, как этап в его объективном развитии, изучение мирового опыта перехода к эффективным в этих условиях способам управления трудом
