Реализация Эмоционального Интеллекта В Трудовой Деятельности

Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности становления эмоционального менеджмента как самостоятельного раздела менеджмента в качестве новой парадигмы управления переориентации управления на поиск и активизацию личностных и когнитивных характеристик человека в трудовой деятельности. Предлагается рассматривать интеллект как базовую составляющую трудового потенциала работника. Интеллект как форма организации умственного опыта человека выражается в трудовой деятельности в таких способностях, как компетентность, инициатива, творчество и самоорганизация. Компетентность и инициатива в наибольшей степени детерминированы эмоциональным состоянием человека, как непосредственное проявление реакции на изменяющееся воздействие переживание и рефлексия значимости происходящего. Эмоциональный интеллект в трудовой деятельности реализуется как на уровне личности, так и на уровне организации.
