Пространственные Аспекты Устойчивого Развития Сельских Территорий

Abstract

Планирование устойчивого развития сельских территорий должно быть дифференцированным по отношению к их разным типам. Существенным при этом является выделение ключевого фактора, детерминирующего развитие сельских территорий. Автор статьи под ним понимает близость к городу. Анализ закономерностей и тенденций пространственного развития показал, что ученые вкладывают в понятия «центр» и «периферия» различное содержание. В то же время сельская местность однозначно относится к периферии регионального пространства. В статье раскрыты механизмы развития системы «центр-периферия», выявлены причины центропериферийных различий, в результате чего обоснована необходимость распределения сельских территорий по оси «центр-периферия».
