Abstract

Дается анализ инвестиционного климата в России с точки зрения тенденций изменения масштабов притока и оттока капитала. Авторы обращают внимание на тот факт, что инвестиционная среда является основой для обеспечения экономического роста и непосредственно влияет на поведение как отечественных, так и иностранных инвесторов. В работе делаются выводы о противоречиях инвестиционного климата в нашей стране, что привело в последние годы к возникновению и закреплению ситуации чистого оттока капитала.
