Abstract

Уточнены концептуальные положения индикативного управления предприятиями с целью приведения научных основ управления в соответствие с требованиями современной бизнес-среды и обоснована методология исследования индикативного управления предприятиями, отличительной чертой которой является возможность комплексной оценки их потенциала и особенностей как рыночной субстанции и как системной целостности. Методология индикативного управления реализуется через комплекс методических подходов и положений, использование которых позволяет совершенствовать управление качеством бизнес-процессов, определить перспективные направления интеграционного развития предприятий, обеспечить повышение инновационной восприимчивости персонала.
