Abstract

Развитие науки, формирование информационного общества на передний план в качестве составляющих сложного интенсивного фактора развития человеческого капитала выдвинули знания, образование, здоровье, качество жизни населения и самих ведущих специалистов, определяющих креативность и инновационность национальных экономик. Авторами проведены теоретические исследования существующих знаний о человеческом капитале и даны обоснования его влияния на инновационное развитие общества.
