Abstract

Феномены затрат на рабочую силу, в том числе в увязке с затратами на воспроизводство других факторов, являются объектом пристального внимания и регулирования со стороны государства в развитых странах. Сегодня соответствие и взаимодействие технологических и нематериальных факторов становятся определяющими условиями повышения эффективности общественного воспроизводства. Вместе стем в России оплата труда существенно занижена во многих сферах экономики по сравнению с оплатой за аналогичные сложность и интенсивность в развитых странах (США, Япония, страны ЕС). Межотраслевая дифференциация заработной платыв РФ весьма существенна и имеет тенденцию к усилению.
