Abstract

Доказывается преимущественно деструктивный характер институциональных инноваций в отношениях российской корпоративной собственности. Данные институциональные инновации осуществлялись лишь крупными акционерами и политическойэлитой и были связаны прежде всего с перераспределением экономических возможностей в доступе к ресурсам и изъятии ренты. Определены основные направления реализации институциональных инноваций, обеспечивающих повышение эффективностикорпоративной собственности в российской экономике.
