Abstract

Рассматривается проблема сохранения недвижимых объектов культурного наследия как одного из факторов устойчивого развития территории. В условиях ограниченности финансовых ресурсов важнейшей задачей, возникающей при реализации целевых программ восстановления недвижимых памятников, является оценка приоритетности объектов культурного наследия для финансирования ремонтно-реставрационных работ на них. Авторами предлагается методика оценки инвестиционной приоритетности недвижимых памятников истории и культуры, основанная на анализе ценности объектов культурного наследия общества и рисков их утраты.
