Abstract

Проблемы социальной ориентации экономических реформ приводят к общему выводу о том, что результатом всех преобразований может быть только социальное государство, в основе которого заложена практика социального рыночного хозяйства многоукладной смешанной экономики. Ее институциональной основой является баланс интересов частного капитала, государственного регулирования и общества с учетом демократических и гражданских принципов. В результате формирование социально стабильной и устойчивой экономики становится ключевой целью государства.
