Abstract

Темпы экономического роста чисто количественный показатель. Для российской экономики принципиальное значение имеют качественные характеристики экономического роста, в частности совершенствование структуры экономики. Важной составляющей структурных сдвигов является ускоренное развитие производства жизненных средств как фактор повышения благосостояния и социальной ориентации экономики.
