Abstract

Авторы анализируют особенности осуществления кредитования сельхозпроизводителей и рассматривают сложившуюся российскую практику. Существующий уровень инвестиций в основной капитал в сельском хозяйстве крайне недостаточен. У многих хозяйствующих субъектов нет собственных средств для пополнения основного капитала. Привлечение заемных средств кредитных организаций не всегда возможно из-за множества ограничений как со стороны сельхозпроизводителей, так и со стороны банков. Данная проблема может быть решена за счет бюджетных ресурсов, привлекаемых посредством реализации различных программ по развитию сельского хозяйства в целом или направленных на решение конкретных проблем.
