«Зеленая» Экономика Как Новый Курс Развития: Глобальный И Региональный Аспекты

Abstract

Показано, что «зеленая» экономика это новый глобальный курс инновационного антикризисного развития для мировой экономики. Новый курс предполагает реальные улучшения в сфере устойчивого благосостояния людей. Он направлен на строительство новейшей инфраструктуры и повышение комфортности проживания, предполагает массовое воспроизводство высокооплачиваемых рабочих мест, способствует переходу к новым принципам финансирования и налогообложения, революционизирует образование и науку. Проведен анализ «зеленых» инновационных стратегий различных стран мира. Обоснована необходимость для России «зеленого» развития путем повышения качества государственных институтов и переориентации финансовых потоков.
