Abstract

В данной статье авторами проведены расчеты эффективности от внедрения на экспериментальном предприятии стратегического управления, инструментом которого является сбалансированная система показателей. За последние годы корпоративное управление стало одной из наиболее обсуждаемых тем в российских научных и деловых кругах. Искусство управления должно соответствовать понятию «управление изменениями». Образцом такого корпоративного управления является сбалансированная система показателей, разработанная Р. Капланом и Д. Нортоном в Америке в 90-х гг. двадцатого века.
