Abstract

Посвящена проблеме управления инновационным потенциалом персонала наукоемкого предприятия в современных условиях. В данной научной статье в рамках проведенного автором исследования анализируются подходы к определению инновационного потенциала персонала, на основании которых выводится собственное определение. Рассматриваются особенности управления наукоемким предприятием, а также трудовой деятельности его персонала, влияющих на поддержание активной инновационной деятельности и развитие инновационного потенциала персонала. На основании данного анализа сформулированы критерии развития инновационного потенциала персонала.
