Abstract

Уточняется понятие «личностный фактор» в современной экономической науке. Детально рассматриваются личностные характеристики руководителя организации и его роль при реализации инвестиционных проектов. Выделяются подходы к рассмотрению качественных характеристик руководителей, стилей руководства, а также предлагаются основные выводы по их влиянию на результат осуществления инвестиционного проекта. Обобщается роль личностного фактора руководителя для реализации инвестиционного проекта.
