Abstract

Стимулирование и мотивация являются базовыми категориями системы управления трудом. Первая включает элементы социального принуждения, в процессе которого работник для удовлетворения своего интереса вынужден принять условия стимула, определяющего возможность удовлетворения потребностей. Иное отношение к выполнению распоряжения менеджера в процессе мотивации. У работника формируется внутреннее принятие приказов, они воспринимаются как благо, и дальнейшие действия подчиненных осуществляются целенаправленно и без внутреннего напряжения.
