Abstract

В период становления инновационной экономики проблема управления трудовыми ресурсами признается особо актуальной во многих странах мира. Показано, что кадровый потенциал высшей школы играет важную роль в активизации инновационной деятельности, при этом мотивация персонала является основным средством обеспечения его оптимального использования и мобилизации. Поэтому сегодня важной является задача разработки эффективного практического инструментария для оценки мотивации профессиональной деятельности работников высшей школы, позволяющего выявить основные аспекты управления человеческими ресурсами, знание которых необходимо для развития различных отраслей инновационной экономики.
