Abstract

Наше государство в последнее время делает немалые усилия, чтобы вывести страну на инновационный путь развития, пытается устранить все преграды, стоящие на этом пути. В отличие от него, отечественное предпринимательство приняло более пассивную позицию. В статье обращается внимание на причины такой неактивности отечественного предпринимательства, отражена роль инновационно-ориентированных менеджеров при активизации инновационной деятельности этих процессов. Важное место отводится выявлению и развитию инновационноориентированных менеджеров как одного из важных компонентов в системе успешного инновационного развития страны.
