Abstract

В эмоциональном менеджменте существенное значение имеет организационное обеспечение базовых эмоций: интереса, радости, удивления и др. На определенном этапе развития русской промышленности эту функцию выполняло соревнование, имеющее системное управление процессом. Его важным элементом являлась сравнимость результатов деятельности как субъектов, так и объектов производственных предприятий. В работе изложены основные направления оценки результатов социально-экономической деятельности персонала предприятий.
