Политика Советского Государства В Отношении Мужчин В Сфере Пенсионного Обеспечения

Abstract

Введение. Статья посвящена исследованию законодательства советского периода в сфере пенсионного обеспечения мужчин и женщин СССР. Обсуждение. В результате исследования законодательства советского государства сделан акцент на пенсионном обеспечении мужчин в СССР. Особое внимание уделено критериям, которые ставились советским государством при установлении пенсионного возраста для мужчин и женщин. Сделан вывод, что законодательство советского периода было стабильным и надежным. Заключение. В результате анализа политики Советского государства в отношении мужчин в сфере пенсионного обеспечения выявлено, что законодательство советского периода до 1925 г. уравнивало правовое положение мужчин и женщин в сфере пенсионного обеспечения. Однако установление разного возраста выхода на пенсию для мужчин и женщин привело к возникновению гендерной дискриминации мужчин в сфере пенсионного обеспечения.
