Риски И Противоречия Модернизации В Современной Экономике России

Abstract

Введение. В современных условиях большое значение приобретает модернизация экономики России. Необходимо проанализировать риски и противоречия модернизации. Этим определяется актуальность исследования. Теоретический анализ. Модернизация предполагает структурную перестройку экономики, производящей конкурентоспособную продукцию. Ее рисками выступают: зависимость экономики от мирового рынка,конфликт экономических интересов, деформация на рынке труда, ослабление роли государства в экономике, снижение мотивации к труду. Обсуждение результатов. Основными противоречиями модернизации являются: противоречие между целями модернизации и средствами достижения целей, между общественными интересами и частными интересами бизнеса. При этом механизмом разрешения противоречий может быть развитие государственно-частного партнерства, выработка перспективной промышленной политики.
