Доверие Как Фактор Конкурентоспособности Предприятия

Abstract

В статье раскрыты источники формирования отношений доверия внутри организации. Приведены результаты социологического опроса руководителей и специалистов предприятий агропромышленного комплекса, характеризующие влияние института доверия на их экономическое поведение, конкурентоспособность. Показана необходимость развития контрактных и договорных отношений как правовой формы института доверия. Выявлено влияние доверия на уровень трансакционных издержек.
