Abstract

Рассмотрена специфика трансформационных процессов российского рынка труда. Доказано, что современное состояние российского рынка не отвечает действующим нормам рыночной экономики промышленно развитых стран, при этом отличительной чертой его формирования можно назвать чрезвычайно медленную адаптацию российской экономики к рыночным условиям.
