Освобождение От Уголовной Ответственности За Насильственные Преступления В Семье В Связи С Истечением Сроков Давности

Abstract

В статье анализируются нормы законодательства, предусматривающие освобождение от уголовной ответственности в связи с истечением сроков давности за насильственные преступления в семье. На основании проведенного исследования предлагается дополнить статью 78 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации положением о необходимости исчисления сроков давности по преступлению, совершенному в отношении несовершеннолетнего, с момента достижения потерпевшим возраста восемнадцати лет.
