Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности правового регулирования оценочной деятельности в Российской Федерации. Особое внимание уделяется системному подходу и пути развития правового статуса оценщика, а также анализу недостатков в функционировании отдельных элементов института саморегулирования.
