Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам, связанным с определением юридического основания, порядка правового регулирования взимания акцизов на территории России. В рамках исследования выявлены существенные проблемы системы акцизного налогообложения и определены пути их решения. Предлагается упростить налоговую отчетность, что позволит снизить затраты организаций по ведению бухгалтерии, сократить иррациональные мероприятия налоговых органов по контролю за документооборотом данной сферы и благоприятно повлияет на механизм исчисления и собираемость налогов в целом. Также полагается важным расширить и законодательно закрепить круг положений именно по вопросам администрирования акцизов.
