Abstract

В статье представлены направления повышения конкурентоспособности компаний в сфере управления недвижимым имуществом: использование инноваций; исследование занимаемой фирмой позиции на рынке, анализ полученной информации и включение корректировок в стратегический план; проведение периодического анализа качества предоставляемых фирмой услуг.
