Abstract

В статье приведены данные о динамике преступлений в сфере незаконного оборота оружия, и преступлений, совершенных с использованием оружия, в целом по СНГ и по каждому из государств-участников в отдельности за период 20062015 гг. Проанализированы два возможных сценария динамики исследуемых преступлений (оптимистический и пессимистический), утверждается, что использование данных сценариев в деятельности государств участников СНГ позволит объективно подойти к разработке мер по противодействию незаконному обороту оружия.
