К Вопросу О Субъектах, Реализующих Меры По Предупреждению Нарушений Трудовых Прав Работников

Abstract

В статье исследуется деятельность таких субъектов предупреждения нарушений трудовых прав работников, как федеральная инспекция труда, органы прокуратуры, профсоюзы, работодатели и работники. Сделан вывод о том, что предупреждение нарушений трудовых прав прежде всего зависит от работника и работодателя. Профилактика нарушений трудовых прав работников, осуществляемая органами государства или общественными организациями, это последующие меры предупреждения, никак не заменяющие действий работника и работодателя.
