Abstract

В статье рассматривается процесс установления двусторонних кыргызско-российских отношений после распада СССР в военно-политической сфере, выявлены проблемные стороны данных отношений. Ключевым моментом сотрудничества признано совместное противодействие государств новым вызовам и угрозам, таким как международный терроризм и международный наркотрафик. Определены основные направления военно-политического сотрудничества между означенными государствами, доказана его важность для обеспечения безопасной обстановки в Центрально-Азиатском регионе.
