Abstract

Актуальность статьи обусловлена тем, что гранты являются не до конца изученным правовым явлением, потенциал которого используется недостаточно широко. Сделаны выводы о том, что предоставление грантовой поддержки выгодно как для государства, так и для других участников общественных отношений, выступает важным и действенным стимулом для достижения социально полезного результата и развития гражданских инициатив.
