Abstract

Автор рассматривает особенности инновационного потенциала региональной элиты Северного Кавказа в контексте модернизационных вызовов современности. Политическая модернизация в регионе сопровождается столкновением традиционных ценностей и инноваций постмодернистского периода, создает необходимость подготовки соответствующей политической элиты.
