Abstract

В статье проведен комплексный анализ действующего законодательства в области отношений с соотечественниками за рубежом, на основе которого сделан вывод о необходимости не только дальнейшего его совершенствования, но и создания приемлемых условий для добровольного переселения соотечественников в Россию, продвижения русского культурного наследия, расширения сотрудничества между Россией и русскоязычным населением, проживающим в других странах. Для проведения работы по названным направлениям требуется изучение как позитивного, так и негативного зарубежного опыта взаимодействия с соотечественниками и использование его в отечественной практике.
