Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам школьного и вузовского образования, мешающим процессу формирования специалистов в области права. Акцентируется внимание на значении языковой системы, позволяющей соединить язык, мышление, логику, психологию и социум необходимые составляющие деятельности юриста. Особое внимание при этом уделяется инновационным и традиционным методам преподавания юридической науки. Авторы приходят к выводу о необходимости их разумного сочетания.
