Abstract

В статье обосновывается экономическое значение защиты прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности (ОИС) в современных условиях. Раскрывается понятие таможенной защиты прав на указанные объекты как государственной услуги, реализуемой через осуществление государственной функции. На основе анализа микроуровня оказания государственных услуг в сфере таможенной защиты прав на ОИС описываются способы легального попадания контрафактных товаров в ЕАЭС, базирующиеся на человеческом факторе. Приводятся примеры и статистика из практической деятельности таможенных органов.
