Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования единой системы преференций Евразийского экономического союза: цели, основные элементы, общие принципы. Главный акцент сделан на характеристике критериев включения страны в перечень наименее развитых или развивающихся, использовании для этих целей материалов международных исследований, осуществляемых Всемирным банком на базе индикативных показателей доходов на душу населения. На конкретных примерах оцениваются правомерность и целесообразность предоставления отдельным странам тарифных преференций, определены общие направления совершенствования системы тарифных преференций.
