Abstract

В статье анализируются теоретико-методологические основания процессов демократизации под контролем американских и европейских политических технологов в Киргизии, Молдавии и на Украине. Делается вывод о том, что полноценной реализации демократического потенциала в этих странах препятствуют ориентация на построение западной либерально-демократической модели и игнорирование местных факторов, политико-культурных особенностей и специфики политической истории.
