Abstract

В статье рассматриваются мнения ученых, представляющих самостоятельные направления научных исследований сокращенной формы дознания. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что изучение дознания в сокращенной форме возможно также с позиции криминалистической науки, в рамках учения об организации расследования преступлений в целях повышения эффективности сокращенного дознания при раскрытии преступлений небольшой и средней тяжести.
