Роль Рынка Недвижимости В Экономике Государства

Abstract

Рынок недвижимости является ключевым элементом экономики и частью национального богатства государства. Его роль обусловлена важностью удовлетворения потребностей общества в жилых и нежилых помещениях, долей сектора в ВВП страны, мультипликативным эффектом воздействия на смежные отрасли и т. д. Проведен анализ статистических данных за период с 2010 по 2015 г. по объемам ввода жилья в эксплуатацию, размерам предоставляемых ипотечных кредитов, темпу прироста цен. На основе данных о мультипликативном эффекте сделан вывод о необходимости государственной поддержки рынка недвижимости в аспектах спроса и предложения.
