Abstract

Работа посвящена проблемам функционирования русского языка в судопроизводстве. Авторы рассматривают правила использования норм литературного языка в юридических документах, показывают, как правильно заключить правовое содержание в языковую норму. Особое внимание уделено проблеме совершенствования языковых навыков, необходимых для судебных работников нового поколения.
