Abstract

В статье рассматриваются возможности судебной экспертизы как наиболее квалифицированной формы использования специальных знаний в уголовном судопроизводстве. Подчеркивается, что применение в ходе досудебного производства по делу и его судебного разбора всего арсенала научных средств познания позволяет существенно расширять познавательный потенциал суда и органов предварительного расследования.
